For this item type, you need to select the most appropriate words from a drop-down list to restore the text.

One of the questions we need to ask ourselves is: How much of the news is biased? Can we recognise bias? The fact is, despite the journalistic ideal of ‘objectivity’, every news story is __________ by the attitudes and background of its interviewers, writers, journalists, photographers and editors. It is believed that the only purpose of advertising is to make people buy something.
